Gem Wellness Centre was borne from my belief that eveyone deserves to live a happy, healthy and fullfilled life, hence our slogan to Feel well, Live Well. We realize that if you don’t feel well, then life can be a living hell! My name is Rodney Warren and I am the owner of the Gem Wellness centre, standing for Global Empower Movement, where my vision for great health is spreading like wildfire across the country and across the globe from within. I was a proffesional house and automotive painter by trade and although I loved expressing my creative side through painting, I realized that my fate would be much the same as my father who was also a painter, and who lost his life to cancer at the young age of 52. As a local entrepenuer in the Okanogan for many years owning and operating a painting company, I decided that I needed to make a huge shift in my own life, as I too began to become sick and toxic, I just didn’t know what I would do to replace my income, do what I love, save my health and some how avenge my fathers death!? One day when promoting my business at a trade show a man come to me and began to speak, what he shared got my attention and led me down the path that I am on today, and I would like briefly to share some of the things that I learned along my fairly recent journey!? The biggest thing that I can share is that not all water is equal, actually its pretty complex, and because the human body is mostly water, we need to be very careful about what type we are putting into the most complex form of life that exists, being you and me and the human body. I learned that dehydration and highly acidic bodies are the reason behind most sickness and even though most of us are drinking plenty of water, we are still dehydrated and highly acidic, due to the types of water that we consume. Chronic cellular dehydration painfully and prematurely kills. Its initial outward manifestations have until now been labeled as diseases of unknown origin. (Book,YOUR BODY’S MANY CRIES FOR WATER F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.) He discovered that the root cause of about 65% of health problems is dehydration and when the dehydration is corrected, many so-called incurable illnesses are greatly improved or cured. A few are asthma, allergies, chronic fatigue, depression, arthritis, anxiety, obesity, M.S., cancer, Lupus, etc. You need to be informed about what types of water, soft drinks and sports drinks that you are putting into your body and the real effects that they play on your loss of good health, no matter what role you play or occupation that you have…being human you need to take your health back into your own hands and educate yourself. We have such an educational real live presentation every Friday night at 7-8 P.M.at the wellness centre 3670 Hoskins rd. West Kelowna where you are going to have your mind expanded. We are also looking for freelance business minded entrepenuers to help us spread the messege and make some great money full or part time, with full training provided.
